摘要
探讨了304、65Mn金属橡胶的疲劳特性,结果表明:动态损耗因子是金属橡胶疲劳较理想的评价指标;随振动次数增加,动态损耗因子呈显著波动下降的总体规律性;304、65Mn金属橡胶的疲劳寿命均为89万次,但后期65Mn金属橡胶动态损耗因子的下降速度更快。
The fatigue properties of 304 and 65Mn metal rubber were researched. The test results show that the dynamic loss factor is one of the most satisfactory evaluation indicators of metal rubber fatigue; with the increase of vibration number, the change law of dynamic loss factor is fluctuant and goes down; the fatigue life of 304 and 65Mn metal rubber is 89 x 10~ times; but in the latter, the dynamic loss factor of 65Mn metal rubber declines faster than that of 304 metal rubber.
