摘要
对ZA27合金和ZCuSn10P1在室温下的力学性能和低周疲劳性能进行了测试,得到了两种材料在恒应变幅试验下的循环应力-应变曲线。并对两种材料的疲劳试件断口进行了分析,结果表明:ZA27合金表现为循环软化,疲劳断口为准解理。ZCuSn10P1表现为循环硬化,疲劳断口以韧窝和疲劳辉纹为主。
The mechanical properties and low cyclic fatigue properties of alloy ZA27 and ZCuSn10P1 at ambient temperature were studied. Their cyclic stressstrain curves are obtained in constant strain amplitude condition. The results showed that the cyclic softening character with quasicleavage fatigue fracture for ZA27 alloy appeared while the cyclic hardening character with dimple and stripe fatigue fracture for ZCuSn10P1 alloy occured.
