摘要
应用常规粉末冶金工艺制备(33-x)(Pr-Nd)-xGd-0.20Cu-0.75Al-1.15B-64.90Fe(wt%,x=0、1、3、5)烧结磁体,分析了钆元素添加对其显微组织、取向度、磁性能和抗腐蚀性的影响。添加钆制备的钕铁硼烧结磁体具有较高的取向度;该磁体的显微组织中孔隙、疏松等缺陷减少,富钕相分布较均匀;钆进入富钕相中有利于提高其化学稳定性;适量添加钆能有效改善磁体抗腐蚀性,还能使磁体内禀矫顽力与退磁曲线方形度上升,而剩磁下降。
The effects of Gd addition on the microstructure and properties of (33-x) (Pr-Nd)-xGd-0.20Cu-0.75A1-1.15B- 64.90Fe (wt%, x =0, 1, 3 and 5) sintered magnets were analyzed. The sintered magnets with Gd addition show a higher orientation degree of the matrix phase grains, and a dense microstructure with more homogeneous distribution of the Nd-rich phase was possessed and the chemical stability was enhanced due to the presence of Gd in the Nd-rich phase. The corrosion resistance effectively improves, and the intrinsic coercivity increases, while the remanence is reduced by the addition of appropriate amounts of Gd.
