摘要
对于烧结NdFeB磁体生产而言,烧结后的回火对于优化磁体微结构从而提高磁体性能是必不可少的。全面总结了回火工艺对烧结NdFeB磁体中的应用及其对微结构和磁性能尤其是矫顽力的优化作用。首先介绍了一级(高温)回火和二级(低温)回火对烧结NdFeB磁体的作用和影响,然后结合重稀土添加(取代)对材料矫顽力的作用及稀土添加对稀土资源综合利用降低材料生产成本,详细描述了不同成分(重稀土、轻稀土添加)烧结NdFeB磁体回火及其对微观结构和磁性能的影响。以期为优化烧结NdFeB磁体的退火从而优化磁体结构和性能、降低材料成本提供有益的参考。
For the production of sintered NdFeB magnets,post-sintering tempering is essential to optimize the microstructure of the magnets and thus improves their performance.The application of tempering process to sintered NdFeB magnets and its optimization effect on microstructure and magnetic properties,especially coercivity are summarized.First,the effects of primary(high temperature)tempering and secondary(low temperature)tempering on sintered NdFeB magnets are introduced.Then the tempering of sintered NdFeB magnets with different components(heavy rare earth and light rare earth addition)and its effects on microstructure and magnetic properties were described in detail,considering the effect of heavy rare earth addition(substitution)on coercivity of materials and the comprehensive utilization of rare earth resources to reduce the production cost of materials.It is expected to provide a useful reference for optimizing the annealing of sintered NdFeB magnets so as to optimize the structure and properties of magnets and reduce the material cost.
