摘要
钢的成分、冷却速度及终冷温度等因素会影响M/A岛形貌和分布。通过力学性能检验和显微组织观察,研究了M/A岛形貌及分布状态对钢的冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:终冷温度是决定M/A岛颗粒大小的重要工艺;细小的M/A岛对粒状贝氏体钢韧性的降低不明显;粗大的M/A岛能降低粒状贝氏体钢的冲击韧性。
The effects of composition, cooling rate and quenching temperature on the morphology and distribution of M/A island were studied. The influences of morphology and distribution of M/A island on the impaet toughness of granular bainite steel were investigated. The results indicate that final cooling temperature is one of important processing parameters to determine the size of M/A island particles; small M/A island can slightly decrease the toughness of granular bainite steel, while the coarse M/A island can significantly reduce the impact toughness of bainite steel.
