神经外科术中脑语言功能定位与保护的意义 被引量:4

摘要 语言是人类独有的认知功能。一切社会活动都离不开语言。当前,患者对医疗的要求日益提高,更加注重有尊严、高质量的生活。由于存在个体差异和受病变所致的脑功能移位、重组以及脑的可塑性,神经外科手术中不能仅借助传统解剖标志来定位脑语言功能。手术如损伤脑语言皮质和语言网络,将导致术后失语症以及认知障碍。因此,神经外科术中脑语言功能定位与保护的研究,具有重要的临床意义和科学价值。其中尤须关注以下几个问题。
