长期小剂量克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎90例 被引量:22

摘要 慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)发病机制非常复杂,多种因素参与其中,如细菌和真菌感染、变态反应、超抗原的作用、黏液量和性质的改变、纤毛功能障碍及细菌生物膜的作用等。以往治疗方法主要以手术为主,药物为辅;CPOS-2008指南㈨推出后,治疗重心已由手术改为强调保守治疗。
