TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10、VCAM-1、E-Selectin在真菌性血流感染中的作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白介素(IL)-6、IL-10、血管内皮细胞黏附分子(VCAM)-1、E-选择素(E-Se-lectin)检测在真菌性血流感染中的作用。方法采用化学发光法检测血清中的TNF-α、IL-6;ELISA法检测血清中的IL-10、VCAM-1、E-Selectin。结果与正常对照比较,TNF-α、IL-6、VCAM-1、E-Selectin在真菌血流感染、一般真菌感染显著增加(P<0.05),其中TNF-α、IL-6真菌血流感染高于一般真菌感染(P<0.05);IL-10在正常对照、一般真菌感染、真菌血流感染之间差异无统计学意义;与正常对照比较,TNF-α、IL-6、VCAM-1、E-Selectin在白假丝酵母菌血流感染、非白假丝酵母菌血流感染中显著增加(P<0.05),但在白假丝酵母菌血流感染与非白假丝酵母菌血流感染中比较差异无统计学意义。结论 TNF-α、IL-6、VCAM-1、E-Selectin在真菌性血流感染中起着重要作用,可作为真菌性血流感染的诊断参考依据;TNF-α、IL-6与真菌性血流感染严重程度有关。 Objective To evaluate the significance of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10,vascular adhesion molecule(VCAM)-1 and E-Selectin measurement in fungal bloodstream infection.Methods Adopting chemiluminescence methods to detect serum TNF-α,IL-6 while enzyme linked immnosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect serum IL-10,VCAM-1 and E-Selectin.Results The study found that the serum TNF-α,IL-6,VCAM-1 and E-Selectin levels in patients with fungal bloodstream infection and common fungal infection were significantly higher than the health control(P0.05),and the serum TNF-α,IL-6 levels in patients with fungal bloodstream infection were higher than the common fungal infection(P0.05).The serum TNF-α,IL-6,VCAM-1 and E-Selectin levels in patients with Candida albicans bloodstream infection and non-albicans bloodstream infection were significantly higher than the health control(P0.05),while there was no difference between Candida albicans bloodstream infection and non-albicans bloodstream infection.Conclusion TNF-α,IL-6,VCAM-1 and E-Selectin which can be regarded as the basis of diagnosis in fungal bloodstream infection,playing an important role in fungal bloodstream infection.TNF-α and IL-6 are related to the degree of fungal bloodstream infection.
