摘要 近年来随着助孕技术的发展。早产儿的成活率明冠提高。由于早产儿各种神经反射尚未完善，容易出现各种并发症，充足均衡的营养供给是早产儿存活与否的关键因素之一。虽然管饲营养和肠外茜养能满足早产儿的营养需求，但会导致消化道全部或局部刺激的减少．
