摘要
总结了对11例行组织工程化软骨细胞移植治疗膝全层关节软骨缺损患者的康复护理。护理重点为做好健康教育,术后分阶段实施康复训练,循序渐进。本组手术均获成功,按计划完成康复锻炼,膝关节活动范围正常或基本正常,疼痛明显减轻,效果满意,Lysholm评分从术前平均64.7分提高到平均91.1分,国际膝关节评分委员会(IKDC)评分从术前平均36.3分提高到平均72.6分。
This artMe summarizes the step-by-step rehabilitation nursing and health education for 11 patients with full- thickness articular cartilage defects in the knee joint treated by tissue engineering chondrocyte transplantation. All 11 patients underwent successful operations and received rehabilitative exercises. The range of motion of their knee joints recovered to normal or basically normal level and the pain was relieved after operation. The Lysholm＇s function score increased from 64.7 to 91.1 and the IKDC score increased from 36.3 to 72.6.
