7例基质诱导自体软骨细胞移植手术患者的术后护理 被引量：6

Postoperative care of 7 patients undergoing matrix-induced autologous chondrocytes implantation

摘要 基质诱导的自体软骨细胞移植(MACI)是治疗关节软骨缺损的一种新方法。报告了7例MACI患者的术后护理。手术分2次进行,第1次手术为关节镜下活检术,术后去枕平卧6h,观察切口有无渗血、渗液;第2次为MACI膜植入术,术后根据不同原因及时处理肿胀、疼痛,给予适当的被动活动和主动活动,并做好出院后的活动指导。本组术后4周关节疼痛感均消失,3个月能自由行走,患者术后自评满意度100%。
