摘要
对硬岩截割后镐形截齿磨损进行了研究,通过分析截齿在截割头上的排列位置,对截齿进行编号,采用称重和分类法得出各截齿截割后的破坏程度,并从截齿的结构和受力角度出发,找出硬岩截割各位置截齿常见失效形式及其失效原因,并从经济角度证明了新型进口截齿的优越性。从截齿的制作工艺、选择与安装、截割工作方面提出了一些建议,从而提高截齿的使用寿命。
The sequence of each cutter located in the cutting head was analyzed, and each cutter was numbered. By weighing and classifying, the wear of cutters after cutting hard rock was researched. Based on the structure and stress of the cutters, the common failure modes of cutters and the failure reasons in hard rock cutting were found out. From an economic perspective, the superiority of the imported new cutter was proved. Some sugges- tions in the fabrication process, selection and installation of cutter and cutting process were put forward, to increase the life of the cutter.
