摘要
目的观察参仙合剂对肿瘤放化疗所致血小板减少患者生活质量的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组予口服参仙合剂,对照组予口服利血生片,疗程均为2周,比较两组患者生活质量总分及各单项评分(包括食欲、精神、睡眠、疲乏、疼痛等共12项)的变化。结果治疗组在提高生活质量总评分及各单项评分方面均优于对照组。结论参仙合剂可从多个方面改善放化疗所致血小板减少患者的生活质量。
Objective： To observe the effect of Shenxian Decoction on quality of life to patients with thrombocytopenia induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods： Patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated Shenxian Decoction by mouth;meanwhile,the control group were treated Leucogen piece by mouth.The period of treatment of both groups were 2 weeks,and the total score of patients of two groups on the quality of life and the changing of each single score（including appetite,mental,sleep,fatigue,pain and so on with totally 12 species） were compared.Results： Both the score of quality of life and those single scores of treatment group were better than those of control group.Conclusion： Shenxian Decoction could improve the life quality of patients with thrombocytopenia induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in many aspects.
