摘要
在分析轴盖零件特点的基础上制定了该零件的冲压工艺,确定了合理的冲压工艺方案,介绍了该模具的结构特点和工作过程,采用UGNX完成了模具结构的三维设计。该模具结构简单、操作方便,能够满足产品的质量要求。
On the basis of analyzing the structural features of shaft-cup,the reasonable stamping technology is determined.The die structure and working principle are introduced.And three dimensional designs of dies are built based on UGNX.It is proved that the structure is simple and the operating is easy.It can meet the requirement of quality.
