摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在精神分裂症患者中的应用与效果。方法制订精神分裂症患者临床护理路径表,按5个阶段(入院24 h、入院第1周、急性治疗期、康复期和出院前)进行护理评估、制订并实施护理措施、健康教育、日常生活能力训练、社会技能训练等。成立临床护理路径三级护理管理组织进行质量控制。结果实施临床护理路径后,降低了患者的住院天数和住院费用(P<0.01);提高了患者及家属的满意度(P<0.05),护理差错发生率为零。结论对精神分裂症患者实施临床护理路径可以提高临床护理质量,缩短住院时间,提高患者及家属满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effects of clinical nursing pathway on patients with schizophrenia. Methods Clinical nursing path- way table about patients with schizophrenia was developed. According to the 5 stages of admission to 24 h, first week of admission, acute treatment period, recovery period and before discharge. Many measures were taken, including nursing assessment, development and implementation of nursing measures, health education, daily living skills training, social skills training, and so on. Clinical nursing pathway of three level nursing management of quality control was established. Results The length of stay and hospital costs of patients were reduced （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The degrees of the patients＂ and families＂ satisfaction were improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of nursing error occun：erce was zero. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway applied in patients with schizophrenia can improve the quality of clinical nursing, shorten the hospitalization time, and improve the patient and family satisfaction.
