摘要
目的探讨问题管理模式在护理质量管理中的运用。方法将问题管理模式引入护理质量管理,实施1年后评价患者满意度、护理纠纷、护理投诉发生率及12项护理质量综合得分。结果患者满意度提高,患者投诉和护理纠纷减少,护理质量进一步提高(P<0.05)。结论运用问题管理模式,有助于提高护理管理的实效性和预见性,值得在护理管理中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of the pattern of management by problem(MBP) in nursing quality management. Methods The MBP pattern was applied in nursing quality management. After one year,the degree of patient satisfaction ,rates of nursing dispute patients complain ,and twelve indicators of comprehensive quality of nursing were assessed. Results The patient satisfaction increased significantly than before. Meanwhile,the rates of nursing dispute and patients complain decreased and the quality of nursing were improved obviously (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The MBP pattern could improve the effectiveness and predictability of nursing management and should be promoted and applied in nursing management.
