摘要
该矿石原矿为铜铅锌的氧化矿,原矿含铅3.78%,含锌3.92%,含铜0.303%。且铅氧化率高,达到了近50%。现场采用了"部分混浮—抑锌浮铅铜—锌浮选—铜铅分离"的浮选工艺流程,但最终铜铅分离指标不理想。经过试验最终确定一次精选、三次粗选、两次扫选的流程,并获得含铜17.85%、含铅7.61%的铜精矿和含铜2.65%、含铅53.90%的铅精矿。
The target ore is oxide ore of copper lead and zinc, which contains 3.78% of Pb, 3.92% of Zn, 0. 303% of Cu, with very high Pb oxidation rate reaching nearly 50%. The flotation flowsheet consisting of "selective mixed flotation - depress Zn and float Pb, Cu, Zn flotation - Cu, Pb separation", however, the result of Cu and Pb separation was not satisfied. Through experiments, the flowsheet of once cleaning, three times of roughing and twice scavenger is finally applied, which obtains copper concentrate with content of 17.85% Cu and 7.61% Pb, and Pb concentrate with content of 2.65% Cu and 53.90% Pb.
