摘要
针对某铜铅混合精矿中铅品位高于铜品位的特点,采用CNS组合抑制剂抑铅浮铜,以达到较好的铜铅分离效果。经过一次粗选、一次扫选、两次精选,获得铜精矿铜品位为27.60%、含铅12.05%。铅精矿铅品位为74.29%、含铜0.76%的浮选指标。
According to the characteristics of this mixed concentrate, in which lead concentrate grade is higher than copper grade, a combination of CNS inhibitor is adopted to floate copper by suppression of lead, so the better separated result is achieved. After a rough election, a sweeping election, twice selected, copper concentrate grade is 27.6%, 12.05% lead; lead concentrate grade is 74.29%, 0.76% copper.
