摘要
详细介绍了X射线辐射机的外形结构、各部分的功能及其工作过程,并对X射线辐射分选技术的物理原理进行了详细论述。针对辽宁地区低品位钼矿和镍矿进行了X射线预分选试验。低品位钼矿分选试验结果表明,当分离阈值为0.30时,可获得原矿抛尾率为63.70%、富集比2.03、精矿回收率为73.11%、精矿品位为0.130%的良好指标;低品位镍矿分选试验结果表明,当分选阈值为0.05时,可获得原矿抛尾率为61.63%、富集比1.45、精矿回收率为61.92%、精矿品位为0.64%的良好指标。
This article describes the theory foundation of X-ray separation technology and introduce the study status quo ,constitute and work principle of X-ray sorter. This paper also conducts X-ray sorting test on the low grade ore of Mo and Ni respectively in Liaoning province . The low grade Mo ore test can abtain a good result with the concentrate recovery , enrichment ratio and concentrate grade is 73.11% , 2.03 and 0. 130% respectively and the tailings discarding ratio is 63.70%. The low grade Ni ore test can abtain a good result with the concentrate recovery and enrichment ratio concentrate grade is 61.92% , 1.45and 0.64% respectively and the tailings discarding ratio is 61.63%.
