介绍了新型矿石预选设备X-射线分选机的组成、工作原理及其测量操作系统。以夜长坪钼矿为例,将钼原矿破碎至150~30mm块度进行预选抛尾试验。提高了入磨品位,富集比达到1.20~1.50,显著提高了选矿厂经济技术指标和综合效益。
The composition, work principle as well as measurement and control system of a new X- ray separator for ore preconcentration are presented. Taking Yechangping Molybdenum Mine for example, a preconcentration test for molybdenum ore crushed to t50 -30ram was conducted to reject tailing. The test increased milling grade of grinding, making concentration ratio reach 1.20 - 1.50 and obviously improve economic and technical indexes and integrated benefits of the beneficiation plant.
