摘要
与传统的铁矿抑制剂淀粉比较,对DX-1在某宁乡式高磷鲕状赤铁矿反浮选脱磷中的应用进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在碱性条件下,磨矿细度为-74μm含量占90%,以BK422为反浮选脱磷捕收剂,DX-1的抑制效果比淀粉明显要好。经过一次粗选、两次精选的开路浮选流程,可以获得含磷0.37%,铁回收率89.64%的铁精矿。
Compared to traditional depressant of hematite,the experimental study of DX-1 on the application of dephosphorization of Ningxiang-type high phosphorus oolitic hematite by reverse flotation is carried out. The results of study show that under alkaline condition, grinding fineness of - 74 μm 90% content, using BK422 as collector of dephosphorization in reverse flotation, the depression effect of DX-1 is better than starch evidently. By once roughing and twice concentration circuit-opening flow, the iron concentrate with phosphorus content of 0.37% and 89.64% iron recovery is obtained
