摘要
马钢姑山铁矿为应对盈利的小块产品需求量下降的局面 ,从调整产品结构入手 ,适时提出新工艺 ,采用6 0 0mm× 10 0 0mm新型永磁筒式强磁选机 ,对从细碎回笼矿中回收块矿进行了工业试验生产 ,并投入运行。结果表明 ,在 - 45 +14mm粒级入选、采场品位 43 82 %时 ,可得到块矿合格矿品位 5 5 4 7%,回收率 46 91%的较好指标。
In view of the unfavourable decrease of the demand on small size ore which was the main profit maker, Maanshan Steel's Gushan Iron Mine regulated its product structure and introduced new technology. 600mm×1000mm new type drum high intensity permanent magnetic separators developed by Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Research were used in the industrial test on treating large size ore after fine crushing.At a particle size of -45+14mm and a run-of-mine ore grade of 43.82%, a qualified product of large ore with 55.47% grade and 46.91% recovery could be obtained.
