摘要
目的探讨糖尿病群体各肿瘤指标水平与健康人群之间的差异及相关影响因素。方法 200例2型糖尿病患者,66例性别、年龄匹配的健康对照者行甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖链抗原-199(CA-199)测定,同时测定身高和体质量及血糖、血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血尿酸。结果糖尿病患者的血清CA-199水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),>60岁的患者尤为显著(P<0.01),糖尿病伴有高血压的患者血清CA-199水平要高于糖尿病不伴有高血压的患者(P<0.05),糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平与CA-199水平呈正相关(r=0.220,P<0.05);糖尿病患者血清AFP和CEA水平与对照组相比未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者(尤其年龄较大的糖尿病患者)血清CA-199水平显著高于健康人群,糖尿病伴高血压患者血清CA-199水平要高于糖尿病不伴高血压患者,提示高血压可能影响糖尿病患者的血清CA-199水平,糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平直接影响CA-199水平。
Objective To compare the differences in the levels of the tumor related index between the diabetic patients and control group and to learn the related factors. Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 66 normal controls matched with gender and age had been investigated. The levels of AFP, CEA and CA-199 were determined. The plasma glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-C, LDL-C and uric acid were measured simultaneously. The body height and weight were also recorded. Results Serum level of CA-199 in the diabetic patients was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. Particularly, in the patients aged over 60 years old, the difference were remarkable（P0.01）.The level of CA-199 in diabetic patients with hypertension was higher than that in patients without hypertension （P0.05）.Moreover, fasting plasma glucose was positively correlated with serum CA-199 levels in diabetic patients（r=0.220,P0.05）. There were no significant differences in the levels of serum AFP and CEA between diabetic patients and the control group. Conclusions Serum CA-199 level in diabetic group is higher than that in control group, especially in the people who are aged over 60 years old. Also, diabetic patients with hypertension show difference from those without hypertension in serum levels of CA-199. Fasting plasma glucose is correlated with serum CA-199 levels in diabetes patients.
