摘要
目的探讨根管治疗一次法与根管治疗两次法治疗慢性根尖周炎临床疗效差异。方法选择2009年6月～2011年6月来河南科技大学附属黄河医院口腔科和武汉大学口腔医学院口腔科就诊的慢性根尖周炎患112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各56例,对照组患者给予根管治疗两次法治疗,观察组患者给予根管治疗一次法,比较两组患者近期疼痛和远期疗效。结果观察组患者近期疼痛疗效和远期疗效均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论根管治疗一次法治疗慢性根尖周炎临床疗效确切,近期疼痛疗效与远期疗效均优于根管治疗两次法,值得进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the differences of short-term pain and long-term follow-up result after single-visit root canal therapy and secondary-visit root canal therapy.Methods 112 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis in affiliated yellow river hospital of He′nan university of science and technology and college of stomatology Wuhan university from June 2009 to June 2011 were collected and divided into control group and observation group with 56 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given secondary-visit root canal therapy,patients in observation group were recieved single-visit root canal therapy,the short-term pain and long-term follow-up result after single-visit root canal therapy and secondary-visit root canal therapy were evaluated.Results The short-term pain and long-term follow-up result in the observation group were found superior than those in the control group,the differences were all statistically significant（all P 0.05）.Conclusion The short-term pain and long-term follow-up result after single-visit root canal therapy can obtain satisfactory curative effect for patients with chronic periapical periodontitis,and it is safe and reliable.It is worthy of clinical application.
