摘要
microRNAs是一类长度约22nt的内源性非编码小RNA分子,它能够通过与靶基因3'非翻译区结合从而抑制靶基因的翻译或降解靶基因。microRNAs无论是在单细胞还是多细胞的真核生物中都广泛存在,并对生物体的细胞周期及个体发育过程进行调控。论文对microRNAs分子及其对动物的神经、心脏、皮肤、毛发和肌肉发育等方面的研究进展作一综述,以期为深入研究调控动物发育的各种microRNAs的功能奠定基础。
MicroRNAs are length of about 22nt non-coding small RNA molecules, which can combine the 3 " untranslated region to stop the translation or degradation of target genes. The microRNAs exisit in a single cell or multicellular eukaryotes widely and regulate the cell cycle of the organism along with the process of ontogeny. The research about microRNAs and their effects on nerves, heart, skin, hair and muscle development of animal are reviewed, which may help deep research the function of microRNAs.
