摘要
从健康猪生长的发酵床垫料中筛选到1株耐高温的高效降解菌Y34,把其接种到猪粪水中反应25d后,对COD与NH3-N降解率分别为84.7%,83.5%。生长特性表明其最适生长温度为50℃。通过形态观察、生理生化鉴定及16SrDNA序列比对,鉴定菌株Y34为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis),其与Bacillus licheniformis相似性为99.0%。对此菌发酵过程中产酶情况作了研究,结果表明,在50℃培养条件下,菌株Y34能够分泌过氧化氢酶、蛋白酶、脲酶,具有用于研制发酵床微生物制剂的潜力。
Bacterial strain Y34 ,isolated from fermentation-bed materials of healthy-growing pigs, was capable of high efficient degradation and heat-adapted performance. The results showed that, in livestock wastewater, after 25 days of degradation,the removal rates of COD and NH3-N were 84.7% and 83.5% by Y34. The optimal temperature for the growth of Y34 was 50 ℃. Based on morphological, physiological, bio- chemical characteristics,and 16S rDNA phylogenetic analysis, strain Y34 was identified as Bacillus lichen- iformis. High similarities of 16S rDNA sequence with Bacillus licheniformis was 99. 0%. The GenBank accession number is JN848790. It was found that this strain could secrete catalase, protease and urease during the culture at 50℃ and thus was a good candidate for microbial agent used in fermentation-bed.
