摘要
目的：探讨癫痫持续状态的有效急救和护理方法。方法：选取31例癫痫持续状态患者，对患者采取积极的急救及综合护理，观察救治效果。结果：31例癫痫持续状态患者经积极治疗，25例患者无再发癫痫，6例患者再发2-5次，无患者死亡。结论：对癫痫持续状态患者采取有效的急救及护理，可有效减少癫痫发作次数，改善患者预后。
Objective：To explore effective methods of first-aid and nursing for patients with status epilepticus.Method：Select 31 patients with status epilepticus, take an active first aid and nursing, observation effeetive,Result：In 31 patients with status epilepticus, 25 patients have not attack epilepsy once again, 6 cases have attack epilepsy 2 to 5 times once again, no patient died.Concluon：To patients with status epilepticus, take effective first aid and nursing, can effectively reduce the attack times and improving the prognosis.
