MMP-7和ColIV在乳腺导管癌中的表达及其相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究乳腺导管癌中MMP-7与ColIV的表达,探讨其与临床病理参数之间的关系,并分析其相关性。方法:选取45例乳腺导管癌患者,用免疫组化双染法检测MMP-7及ColIV的表达,分析MMP-7与乳腺导管癌患者的肿瘤大小、年龄、淋巴结转移及肿瘤相关受体的关系。结果:MMP-7在靠近基膜边缘的癌细胞中表达较强,且在乳腺导管癌中的表达显著高于乳腺正常组织(P<0.05),ColIV在乳腺癌中的表达率明显低于乳腺正常组织(P<0.05)。MMP-7在淋巴结转移组、肿瘤>2cm及C-erbB-2阳性组的表达高于相应对照组(P<0.05),在年龄分组、PR、E-cad、ER分组间的表达上无差异(P>0.05);MMP-7与ColIV的表达呈负相关(r=-0.349,P=0.019)。结论:MMP-7降解ColIV可能在乳腺导管癌的侵袭发展过程中起重要作用,联合检测MMP-7与ColIV的表达对判断乳腺癌的浸润程度、预测生物学行为和预后可能有参考价值。 Objective:To research the expression and correlation of MMP-7 and Col IV, and investigate their relationship among the clinical parameters.Method:Immunohistochemistry double staining was used to detect the expression of MMP-7 and Col IV on 45 cases of breast ductal carcinomas, and analyze their correlation.Moreover, the relations between MMP-7 and breast ductal carcinomas patient age, tumor size, histological type, lymph node metastasis, tumor ER, PR, E-cad and C-erbB-2 were analyzed. Result: MMP-7 was expressed more strongly in the cancer ceils, which close to the edge of the base flim, the positive rate of MMP-7 in breast ductal carcinomas was significantly higher than in normal breast tissues ( P〈0.05 ), but the expression of Col IV in breast ductal carcinomas was lower than in normal breast tissues ( P〈0.05 ) .The expression of The expression of MMP-7 between different age groups, ER, PR and E-cad was no significant difference ( P〉0.05 ) ;but with lymph node metastasis, tumor〉2 cm and C-erbB-2 positive group, the expression was significantly higher than those in the control group ( P〈0.05 ) .The expression of Col IV and MMP-7 was also a negative correlation ( r=-0.349, P=0.019 ) .Conclusion:The degradation of Col IV by MMP-7 may be played an important role in invasive and developmental process of breast ductal carcinomas.The expression of MMP-7 and Col IV may be useful in determining the extent of the invasion of breast cancer, predicting biological behavior and prognosis.
