摘要
对分布在50多个小班的747株(份)的疑似松材线虫病死树的研究结果表明:取样数对松材线虫病检出率有一定影响,取样数偏少,会提高或降低松材线虫病检出率,取样数低于10株的,检出率出现0或100%两种情况,取样数大于或等于10株的,检出率处于20%~72.41%之间;从当年的11月中旬开始,松材线虫检出率逐渐提高,到12月中旬达到最高峰65.75%,一直维持到次年的1月中旬,此间松材线虫病发展迅速,4月中下旬检出率也较高达62.50%,与林间松墨天牛羽化高峰相吻合;纯松材线虫检出率平均为9.37%,样本相对比较新鲜、含水量比较高;疫区内拟松材线虫检出率较低,平均为1.74%,未发现与松材线虫共生的情况;滑韧目其它线虫以及非滑韧目线虫在松枯死木中普遍存在,各占47.26%、78.18%;松枯死木中也有无线虫的,占6.83%,样本枯死较久且失水干燥;有螨虫的样本,其线虫量均较少,50g样本中的线虫量不超过200条。
The investigations on the 747 trees of suspicious withered pine distributing in over 50 sub-compartments indicated that the sample number affected the relevance ratio of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. The relevance ratio of B. xylophilus increased or decreased in case of less sample number. The relevance ratio appeared 0% or 100% in case of less than 10 samples. The relevance ratio appeared 20% ~ 72.41% in case of over or equal 10 samples. The relevance ratio ofB. xylophilus increased gradually from the middle ten days of November, and reached the peak on the middle ten days of December. It maintained to the middle ten days of January in the next year. The relevance ratio was high with 62.50% on the middle and last ten days of April, which matched with the eclosion peak of Monocharnus alternatus. The average relevance ratio ofB. xylophilus was 9.37%, and the samples were fresh with high water content. The relevance ratio of B. mucronatus in epidemic area was low with average 1.74%, and the commensal with B. xylophilus was not found. The other nematodes of Aphelenchida and none Aphelenchida were popular in the withered pine woods with 47.26% and 78.18% respectively. None nematode was found in the withered pine woods with 6.83%. The sample was withered for a long time and dry. The nematode number was less in the samples with the mites, and the less than 200 nematodes was found in the sample.
