摘要
在福建省泉州市南安的马尾松树上发现伞滑刃属线虫1新种,拟小松伞滑刃线虫Bursaphelenchus parapinasetri sp.nov.,新种热杀死体形及形态测量值大小与小松伞滑刃线虫B.pinasteri非常相似,但两者区别主要为:新种口针长,有基部球,雌虫无阴门盖,而近似种则与之相反;两者雄虫交合刺、交合伞形态及尾部乳突数量等方面特征也不同。
Bursaphelenchus parapinasteri sp.nov.collected from the wood of Pinus massoniana from China was described and illustrated.Both female and male are of moderate length ranging from 610-780μm and 530-726μm in the female and male individuals respectively.The species has a slender body（a= 35-40 in female and 31-42 in male）.It has 3 incisures in the lateral fields and body strongly curves ventrally as C-shape when killed by gentle heat.The lip region was round and slightly narrower than body,lacking labial annules,en face view showing six equal lips positioned closely together.Stylet is 14μm long with slight basal swelling knobs.In female,vulval flap absents,the tail with a long rectum narrows suddenly for ossification after anus and become point in the terminus.In male,spicule is 14μm long with a spinous rostrum and a high condylus,3 pairs of caudal papillae with 1 adanal and 2 postanal.Thin bursa located in the tail terminus is finely pointed;few individual is truncate with posterior edge straight or dentate,or deformed.This species is similar to B.pinasteri Baujard,1980 in the curved shape of both sex body,lateral fields with 3 incisures and the tail character of female,but it differs from the latter in stylet length（14μm vs 12μm）with slight basal swelling knobs,lack of vulval flap,spicules with distinct rostrum and condylus,the amount of postanal papillae（2 pairs vs 1 pair）,and the bursa character.Eytmology.This new species is named for its similarity to B.pinasteri.Holotype ♀,Fujian（Nan＇an）（24°57＇N,118°23＇E）,Maweisong,Pinus massoniana Lamb.,14 Sep.2004,coll.WANG Hong-Yi.Paratype 1♂,Fujian（Nan＇an）,14 Sep.2004,coll.WANG Hong-Yi.
