摘要
废旧汽车拆解企业在建厂前的投资分析中必须对设备投入和生产成本进行量化分析,而目前通用的生产型企业的分析方法对废旧汽车回收企业并不完全适用.本文从废旧汽车的拆解与回收流程进行分析,提出了废旧汽车回收流程的成本模型,分析了其中直接成本和间接成本的构成因素和相互关系,并结合再制造和再利用综合分析了拆解成本与整体回收效益之间的关系,对不同的回收企业生产组织模式也进行了分析和讨论.
There are some correlations between recycling process and recycling equipment, while recycling equipment rests with the investment of recycling enterprise. This paper presents a cost model for recycling end-of-life vehicles based on the analysis of disassembly and recycling process. Some cases of different modes of recycling are discussed in the paper.
