ABS增容阻燃AS/SBS/CPE共混物的研究 被引量:2

Study on ABS Compatibilizing on Flame-retardant AS/SBS/CPE Blend

摘要 利用双螺杆挤出机制备了阻燃丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物(AS)/苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共取物(SBS)/氯化聚乙烯(CPE)共混物,并用ABS作为相容剂对阻燃AS/SBS/CPE共混物进行改性。结果表明:当SBS/CPE质量比为15/15,阻燃AS/SBS/CPE合金的综合性能较好,但冲击性能仍较低。加入相容剂ABS后,阻燃AS/SBS/CPE共混物的相容性得到了改善,共混物的冲击性能有了较大的提高,同时对其他性能基本没有影响。 The flame-retardant AS/SBS/CPE blends were prepared by melt blending in a twin-screw extruder, and ABS was used as compatibilizer to modify the flame-retardant AS/SBS/CPE blends. The results showed that the mechanical properties and the flame retardance of the flame-retardant AS/SBS/CPE blends can be balanced well as the weight ratio of the SBS/CPE was equal to 15/15, but the impact strength was still relatively low. When the flame-retardant AS/SBS/CPE blends introduced ABS as eompatibilizer, the compatibility of flame-retardant AS/SBS/CPE blends was improved, the impact strength increased a lot and the other properties nearly did not change.
