密度差对水平井固井顶替影响规律数值模拟研究 被引量:13

摘要 针对水平井偏心环空冲洗隔离液对钻井液的顶替问题,基于计算流体相关理论与方法,研究了密度差对顶替界面的影响规律。研究结果表明,冲洗隔离液密度相对钻井液负密度差与零密度差条件下,冲洗隔离液在顶替界面窄边严重滞后,顶替界面长度随顶替时间增长迅速,严重影响水平井窄边冲洗隔离效率;冲洗隔离液密度相对钻井液正密度差条件下,重力效应与宽窄边效应影响相反,重力效应超过宽窄边效应影响形成潮汐式流动特征,顶替界面长度随顶替时间增加越来越缓慢,有利于提高水平井窄边冲洗隔离效果。研究结果验证了合理配置冲洗隔离液密度的必要性,为冲洗隔离液的配制以及固井顶替施工提供了理论指导。 According to the problem that flushing fluid takes the place of drilling mud in the eccentric annulus of horizontal wells,based on correlative fluid computational theories and methods,the influence law of density difference on displacement interface was studied.The results showed that when the density difference between flushing fluid and drilling fluid was negative or zero,the flushing spacer fluid was delayed seriously in the narrow side of displacement interface,the length of displacing interface was increased rapidly which affected the displacing efficiency of the narrow side of horizontal well.When the density difference between flushing fluid and drilling mud was positive,the influence of gravity was opposite to the influence of breadth and narrow,the tide flow was formed when the influence of gravity effect was more than breadth and narrow effect,the length of displacing interface grew very slow with the displacing time increase,which was useful to the washing effect of the narrow side of horizontal well.The above study results demonstrated the essentiality of rational preparation the flushing fluid density,and it provided a theoretical guidance for the preparation of the flushing fluid and cementing replacement operation.
