摘要
水泥浆前置液 (冲洗液、隔离液 )所应具有的性能好坏直接关系到固井作业的成功与否。但国内目前还没有统一的方法对前置液性能好坏进行评价。总结了国内外常用的一些评价方法、手段 ,主要对冲洗效率、界面胶结强度、混合物配伍性、稳定性、顶替效率、抗污染能力、流体对地层的伤害、流变性、腐蚀性等指标进行评价 ,以全面综合评价水泥浆前置液性能。
The capacity of the prepad fluid( spacer fluid, washing fluid) of slurry is directly related to whether the cement job will succeed or not. But there is not a united approach to rate the capacity of the prepad fluid. This paper has summarized some usual evaluation approachs to rate the following indication: the washing efficiency, cement bond strength, compatibility of the mixture, stability, rate of displacement, resistance to pollution, damage of the fluid to the strata, rheological property,corrosivity etc.. So the capacity of the slurry's prepad fluid is rated generally.
