摘要
本文以糖尿病案例为导向,学生以小组学习为形式,由学生围绕案例自行提问题、查资料、小组讨论、汇报和评析。通过以问题为导向的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL),将生化基础理论与临床糖尿病案例结合起来,激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性,使学生变被动接受为主动获取,其自主学习能力得到很大提高,促进了生物化学的学习。
This paper is diabetes case oriented.And the students raise questions,consult literature,organize discussion,carry on report and comment by themselves in form of study groups.The problem-oriented PBL teaching model can combine the basic theory and clinical practice.And It can inspire the interest and enthusiasm in students.Students change from passive acceptance to active acquisition,and thus greatly increased the effectiveness of teaching.Students’ independent learning and problem-solving abilities have been greatly improved by PBL teaching,in order to promote the learning of biochemistry.
