摘要
在对潍坊市人民医院滨海分院进行定性与定量研究分析的基础上,结合相关的文献资料,利用情景分析的方法,首先识别了影响潍坊市人民医院滨海分院发展的6个关键事件:政策环境的支持、先进的管理服务理念、人事制度改革、有效的激励机制、基础设施建设与设备引进和人才队伍建设,然后构筑了滨海分院未来发展的3种情景:悲观情景、无突变情景和乐观情景,为潍坊市人民医院滨海分院的可持续发展提供了依据。
On the basis of qualitative and quantitative studies of Weifang People＇s Hospital Binhai Branch, and in light of some relevant data and literature, the paper, using the method of scenario analysis,identifies 6 key events that affect the develop- ment of Weifang People＇s Hospital Binhai Branch. These include ： the policy environment support, advanced management service concept ,reform of personnel system, effective incentive mechanism, infrastructure construction and equipment investment, talents construction,. The paper constructs 3 scenarios of future development, viz. scenarios of pessimism, no sudden change and optim- ism, thus providing basis for the sustainable development of Weifang People＇s Hospital Binhai Branch.
