“一模双梁”式移动模架设计与关键施工技术 被引量:13

摘要 为解决东莞水道特大桥近距离、变间距并置箱梁现浇施工难题,提出采用"一模双梁"式移动模架施工该桥箱梁。"一模双梁"式移动模架设计为上行式,采用挂梁环抱2套箱梁模板(其间距可在一定范围内随意调节)系统结构,主要由主梁、前导梁、上横梁、吊挂系统、支腿、模板系统、走行系统、液压系统等组成。采用ANSYS软件建模,对混凝土浇筑和移动模架行走工况进行计算分析,结果表明各项结构安全指标均满足规范要求。施工中采取了桥台台背处理、移动模架预压、设置预拱度、线间距变化调整、平衡浇筑箱梁混凝土、箱梁同步张拉、移动模架行走等关键施工技术,顺利实现了1台移动模架同时施工2片变间距并置箱梁。 To resolve the problem of in-situ concreting of the twin box girders of Dongguan Waterway Bridge that were laid out in parallel and had a close and variable spacing distance, it was proposed that the girders should be concreted by the movable shuttering system (MSS) of "one shuttering for concreting of twin girder". The MSS was designed as an one of deck traveling type and two sets of the formwork systems (the spacing distance between the systems could be freely adjusted in a given range) for concreting of the girders were circled by the suspension beams of the MSS. The MSS was mainly made up of the main beam, front launching nose, upper cross beams, suspension beam systems, supporting legs, formwork systems, traveling system and hydraulic system. The model of the MSS was established by the software ANSYS and the load cases of the concreting and traveling of the MSS were calculated and analyzed. The results of the calculation and analysis proved that various safety indices of the structure of the MSS could satisfy the relevant requirements in the codes. In the construction, the key construction tech- niques of handling behind the abutment back, pre-loading of the MSS, setting of the pre-cambe- ring, adjusting of the spacing distance, balanced concreting of the girders, concurrent tensioning of the prestressing tendons and traveling of the MSS were applied and finally the concreting of the twin girders, using one set of the MSS, was smoothly implemented.
