摘要
研究目的:移动模架原位浇筑施工方法在客运专线简支预应力钢筋混凝土箱梁施工中得到了广泛的应用。但常规的施工方法制梁周期长、人工操作工序多、施工较难控制。如何克服或减少这些缺点是一个值得研究的课题。研究结果:通过理论分析和结构设计,将预制梁场钢筋整体绑扎、整体吊装和内模大块安拆的理念应用到移动模架施工中可以有效减少施工周期、提高移动模架施工的工厂化、标准化水平、减少人为失误,进而提高移动模架原位浇筑施工方法的整体水平。
Research purposes:The method of in-situ concrete pouting of movable steel shuttering frame has been applied widely in the construction of prestressed concrete box girder beam of dedicated passenger rail-lines.But this construction method has more disadvantage,such as needing more manufacture cycles,more manual operation procedures and being more difficult to control the construction quality.How to overcome these shortcomings is a topic worthy of further studies.
