正交异性板纵肋-盖板连接的疲劳应力对比分析 被引量:12

Comparative Analysis of Fatigue Stress in Longitudinal Rib and Cover Plate Joints of Orthotropic Steel Deck Plate

摘要 为研究新型热轧纵肋正交异性钢桥面板的纵肋-盖板焊接接头的疲劳性能,以已有大跨度公路桥梁为背景,分别建立传统典型纵肋桥面板和新型热轧纵肋桥面板模型,利用ABAQUS有限元程序对多种轮位加载工况下2种桥面板的焊接接头关注点的疲劳应力幅进行对比分析,并分析了内横隔板对降低肋壁关注点应力幅所起的作用。研究表明,与典型纵肋桥面板相比,新型纵肋正交异性钢桥面板盖板上的应力关注点应力幅更小,而肋壁上的关注点应力幅稍大;在新型纵肋桥面板的肋壁内增设顶部小横隔板可降低其在荷载作用下产生的应力幅值;新型纵肋正交异性钢桥面板在自重和加工成本方面工程应用前景良好。 To study the welded joint fatigue performance of the longitudinal ribs and cover plate of the new type of the hot-rolled orthotropic steel deck plate, an existing long span highway bridge was cited as an example and the models for the conventional typical and the hot-rolled lon- gitudinal rib orthotropic steel deck plates were respectively established. The finite element pro- gram ABAQUS was used to comparatively analyze the fatigue stress amplitude of the welded joints of concern of the two types of the deck plates subjected to multiple wheel loading and more- over the function of reducing the, stress amplitude of concern in the rib walls by the inner dia- phragms was also analyzed. The results of the analysis indicate that in comparison to the conven- tional typical longitudinal rib deck plate, the stress amplitude of the concerned joints on the cover plate of the new type of the hot-rolled longitudinal rib deck plate is less while the stress amplitude of the concerned joints on the rib walls is slightly greater. The adding of small top diaphragms in- side the rib walls of the new type of the longitudinal rib deck plate can decrease the stress ampli- tude values due to loading and the new deck plate has good vista of engineering application in re- gard of its self weight and manufacturing cost.
