太阳电池组件中电池的失配现象研究 被引量:10

摘要 运用PSpice仿真软件对太阳电池在各种条件下的特性进行模拟,分析引起光伏方阵失配现象的各种因素,并由此提出一些减小失配损失的措施。通过一系列的模拟工作,可清楚地发现各种因素对失配现象的影响。同时,对光伏方阵的可靠性进行分析,发现一种可靠性较大的光伏方阵结构。PSpice仿真大大减少了工作量,这种研究手段简单、有效,在实际应用中起到重要作用。 The characteristics of solar cell under various conditions were simulated by using the PSpice simulation software to analyze the factors that causing the mismatch phenomenon of photovohaic array. At the same time, some measures to reduce the mismatch losses were put forward. Through a series of simulation work, the impact of vail- ous factors on the mismatch phenomenon can be clearly found. Meanwhile, the reliability of the photovohaic array was analyzed and a photovoltaic array structure with larger reliability was found. PSpice simulation greatly reduces the workload, this research is simple, effective, and plays an important role in practical applications
