摘要
为避免功率失配损失,太阳能模组一般都配置二级管提供一个能量散逸的途径。文中采用牛顿-拉夫逊非线性迭代算法分别通过配置旁路和阻断二极管对比分析了不同辐射下太阳能模组的串、并联模型。研究表明:旁路二极管的配置可以补偿正向导通电流;而阻断二极管的配置可以在模型并联时给受阴影影响的模块提供电压补偿。两种失配模式下的改进措施不仅提高了电路的运行特性,还降低了失配带来的功率损失。
Photovoltaic modeules are often configured with diodes for providing energy releasing route to prevent power mismatching losses.The photovoltaic(PV)models at different irradiation level on the series or parallel connection with configure diode through nonlinear iteration of Newton-Rapson method were studied in this paper.Some conclusions were obtained:the addition of bypass diodes can pass the compensation current and provide a means of energy dissipation;String diode can be configured in parallel module to provide voltage compensation.These two improvements can effectively improve the performance of original mismatch circuit,as well as reduce the energy loss caused by mismatch.
