摘要
早熟性的选择在优质鸡育种中非常重要,土母鸡的早熟性指标是开产日龄。本研究以广东温氏南方家禽育种有限公司的土鸡品系为材料,根据开产日龄组建双向选择系。结果表明,开产日龄的遗传力估计值为0.54,经过一个世代的选择,与迟熟系相比,早熟系开产日龄提前16.62d,77日龄母鸡冠高提高2.3cm,开产蛋重降低4.18g,77日龄母鸡体重降低28.95g。
Early maturity is an important trait for quality chickens. Age at first egg （AFE） is the early maturity indicator of native hen. Divergent selection lines for AFE were set up in a native chicken line in Guangdong Wens southern poultry breeding company in this study. The estimates of heritability of AFE was 0.54. After one generation selection,compared with the late line,AFE of early line was 16.62 days earlier, and comb height of hen at 77 days of age was 2.3 cm higher,first egg weight was 4.18 g smaller,the body weight of hen at 77 days of age was 29.95 g lower.
