新扬州鸡产蛋性状遗传参数估测及选择指数的筛选 被引量:9

GENETIC PARAMETER ESTIMATE AND SELECTION INDEXCOMPARISON FOR EGG PRODUCTION CHARACTERS IN NEWYANGZHOU CHICKENS

摘要 利用混合家系的亲缘相关法及父系半同胞法分别估测新杨州鸡主要产蛋性状的遗传力和性状间的遗传相关,并且建立了4种综合选择指数。开产日龄、300日龄产蛋数、蛋重、500日龄产蛋数的遗传力分别为:0.28,0.19,0.58,0.24;开产日龄与300日龄产蛋数、蛋重和500日龄产蛋数的遗传相关依次为:-0.56,-0.27,-0.37;300日龄蛋重与300日龄产蛋数、500日龄产蛋数呈弱相关。针对开产日龄、300日龄产蛋数、300日龄蛋重3个性状综合选择,制订了4种选择指数。其中2个选择指数的选择准确度高于另2个指数10%~12%,预测综合选择进展高9%~13%。 Heretabilities were est imated from correlation between relatives of the mixed family for eggproduction in New Yangzhou chickens. Genetic correlations between traits were derived from sire componentsof variance in the half─sib analyses. Meantime, 4 selection indexes were calculated using b=P ̄(-1) GW.Heri-tabillty of age at first egg(AFG),number of egg to 300 days old(NE-300d),egg weight(EW)and num-ber of egg to 500 days old(NE-500d) were 0. 28,0.19,0. 58,0. 24,respectively. Genetic corre-lations between AFG and NE-300d,EW,NE-500d were-0. 56,-0.27 and-0.37 respectively,Therewas lower genetic correlation between EW and NE.4 selection indexes were worked out.The result indicatedthat the selection accurancy and expected genetic advance of 2 indexes among 4 indexes were 10%~12%,9%~13%higher than the two others.
