摘要
针对HAZOP分析耗时长,工作量大,分析费用高,限制了其推广应用的现状,提出基于Web的测井井控HAZOP分析技术,即通过与测井专业人员的交流和对现场作业条件的研究划分单元节点,找到偏差与影响,分析原因,提出切实可行的安全措施,并发挥Web的技术优势对分析结果进行汇总,经专家审核逐步形成一个完善的测井井控HAZOP分析知识库。该知识库具有开放性特点,汇集大量测井井控HAZOP信息,分析人员可借助该知识库信息有效开展后继HAZOP分析工作。以测井井口设备为例介绍了基于Web的HAZOP分析和审核入库的过程。研究表明,基于Web的测井井控HAZOP分析技术可减轻分析工作量,提高工作效率,并有助于分享知识库,指导后续分析工作。
Logging operation is a very important part in the process of oil exploration and the well control is critical for the safety of logging operation. This paper proposed a combination of traditional HAZOP analysis technique with the web technology for well control in the log- ging process. The traditional HAZOP method can be explained as fol- lows: by communicating with the logging professionals and the re- search of logging site, a complete HAZOP analysis is needed to find safety precautions. It includes division of node, deviations idenfffy- ing, reasons finding and finally practical safety measures proposing. HAZOP analysis has been widely used by experts in the field of pro- cess industries. However, HAZOP analysis is a time-consuming job with high costs. In China, it is still at the initial application stage and faces the lacking of qualified professional analysts, which hinders its application. To deal with this issue, the present research proposed a web-based HAZOP analysis system,which can take advantage of web technology to form a knowledge-rich database. Web-based design en- ables this approach to have the characteristics of open access and convenient for updating. The web-based HAZOP database is open, which can bring together a large number of well logging control HAZOP information. In return, it can be used to effectively carry out HAZOP analysis in the future. In addition, the authors conducted a HAZOP analysis based on web technology and simulated the process of establishing the database for logging wellhead equipment with re- spect to the particular case. This database containes massive research results of experts, in which the informations are more accurate and reliable compared with the traditional HAZOP analysis. Studies have shown that logging well control HAZOP analysis based on web tech- nology can reduce the workload of analysts as well as improve the efficiency and the value of analysis results.
