摘要
根据通风系统优化思想与节能理论,对通风井巷网络断面优化进行研究,选择合理的通风井巷费用拟合方程和摩擦阻力系数拟合方程,并依据分阶段动态优化思想建立完整的通风井巷综合费用模型。在Visual Studio环境下编制模型的解算程序,通过搜索解决复杂的迭代计算过程并得出使总费用最低的通风井巷网络最优断面,用数学方法最大限度地提高通风井巷的利用价值。
The paper is aimed at introducing our research of cross- section optimization of mine ventilation roadway network based on vi- sual studio. As we know, a rational cross-section should be deter- mined to satisfy each intake and return airflow roadway based on the analysis of the relationship between ventilation cross-section and capi- tal construction cost, in addition to the cost of maintenance and rou- tine power ventilation. And, then, it is necessary to work out the ra- tional fitting equation of the ventilation roadway costs and the friction resistance factor. Starting from the point of view, we have established a muhi-stage and dynamic optimization project, a model for the com- prehensive cost of the ventilation roadway planning, which includes the selection of suitable ventilation cross-section, the measures on how to ensure construction safety, technology to be taken and ways to realize utmost economy. In this paper, we have also introduced the solutions to the project realization. Take a Tungsten mine as a case study sample, we have first of all built up the ventilation system frame and then worked out the capital construction cost, maintenance cost and ventilation power cost of the ventilation roadway by using the comprehensive cost model under the constraint condition for the venti- lation resistance, wind speed and roadway cross-section, and last of all the optimal cross-section scheme. The entire work has been done in strict conformity with the needed procedures based on Visual Stu- dio, which include the calculation of ventilation roadway cost and frictional resistance, through all the basic data inputs. In so doing, we have found that there exists a great potentiality to improve the uti- lization features of the ventilation roadway though mathematical calcu- lation and programming procedure, so as to save the high cost of cap- ital construction and maintenance expenditure. And then a theoretical support has been found to select the optimal cross-section of the metal mine ventilation roadway while taking into full account the special geological conditions.
