摘要
建立完善的灾变预测预报、控制措施决策、措施实施的监控和效果判断是实现安全开采的基础。煤矿安全开采决策关键技术基础研究的基本内容包括:回采工作面顶板控制、巷道围岩运动控制、与矿山压力和岩层运动有关的重大事故控制、开采沉陷控制和与通风有关的重大事故预测和控制等方面的新理论、新技术,以及控制决策计算机工作系统关键技术的研究。
Establishing a perfect system for prediction and forecasting of hazards and decision-making in taking measures against hazards,monitoring of implementation of these measures and assessment of the results are the basis of mine safety. The contents of basic research on key techniques necessary for decisionmaking in mine safety are new theories, new technologies and computer system for decision-making in the following fields: roof control in coal face, control of rock movement around roadway,control of serious accidents related to ground pressure and rock movement, control of surface subsidence, prediction and control of major accidents related to ventilation.
