子宫肌瘤发病机制研究进展

摘要 子宫肌瘤（uterinemyoma），亦称子宫平滑肌瘤（leiomyoma），或子宫纤维瘤（fibroid），是最常见的女性生殖系统良性肿瘤。它可以引起子宫异常出血、盆腔压迫症状、疼痛及影响生育能力，也是临床行子宫切除术的主要病因，对女性生殖健康、社会医疗资源和卫生经济带来很大的不利影响。
