完全接触式鼓式制动器及其性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 摩擦片和制动鼓之间的接触压力、面积的大小及其分布对制动性能有直接影响。建立制动器二维数学模型,采用几何方法分析摩擦片-制动鼓完全接触需满足的条件,提出摩擦片和制动鼓完全接触理论,并通过研究摩擦片与制动鼓初始接触位置,验证该理论。利用Fortran编程计算全接触时制动鼓内表面的径向变形,借助Winkler弹性理论得到相应的接触压力大小及分布,最后讨论接触过程中接触压力的变化规律。 Magnitude and distribution of the contact pressure and contact area between drum and linings have direct influence on braking performance. This paper constructs two-dimensional math- ematic model of brake, analyzes the entire contact condition of lining-drum by the method of geometry and puts forward entire contact lining-drum theory, which is proved through the initial contact position research of lining and drum. Radial deformation which occurs on the inner surface of drum is calculated in the condition of entire contact by FORTRAN. The magnitude and distribution of contact pressure are calculated based on the Winkler elasticity theory. Finally, the changing law of pressure during the contact is discussed.
