摘要
V带传动当量摩擦系数体现了V带较平带具有更高的承载能力.现有的当量摩擦系数计算公式将其视为一个定值,而V带传动过程中受力情况的变化导致其为一个变值.通过分析现有V带传动当量摩擦系数计算方法的不足,在传统计算公式中引入影响角γ,给出了较合理的V带当量摩擦系数计算公式,并讨论了角γ的计算方法,通过MATLAB软件作图,得出了描述α-γ关系的曲线.
The V-belt equivalent coefficient of friction indicates that the bearing capacity of V-belt is higher than that of flat belt. The equation of equivalent coefficient of friction available has drawback, for its looking upon it as definite value. Finding it's a variable due to its stress situation, a more reasonable equation is given, and an influential angle has been introduced, the relatian between angle γ with wrap angle - has been studied, and arelationship figure of γ and α has been given.
