船用低速柴油机活塞环磨损量监测的仿真试验研究 被引量:1

Simulation Test Study on Monitoring Wear of Piston Ring on Low Speed Marine Diesel Engine

摘要 以船用柴油机为基础建立活塞环磨损量数学模型,研究了活塞环轴向运动和径向运动对磁场输出信号的影响,计算分析了磁阻传感器输出与活塞环磨损量的对应关系。并与实船试验结合,通过实测船用柴油机活塞环磨损量对应的磁阻传感器输出信号,验证了磨损量数学模型的正确性。研究结论为实现活塞环磨损的在线监测奠定了技术基础。 The paper establishes the mathematical model of piston ring wear based on marine diesel engines. It studies the influence on magnetic field ou^ut caused by the axial and radial movement of piston ring. It calculates and analyzes the corresponding relation between the output of magneto-resistive sensor and the rings wear. Combined with the actual ship test, it is actually measured the ouqut signal of magneto-resistive sensor corresponded to the piston ring wear, which verifies the correctness of the mathematical model. It provides a technological basis for on-line monitoring piston ring wear.
